I get it (!) especially if you haven't been to an event like this before where you are actually working on your business. This is 3 days out of 365 and when you come and play ALL out, you could easily save yourself at least a years worth of struggle.
Imagine if you discovered that how you are using your time right now is not going to help you reach your goals this year? This is the case for most people so why not spend a little to save yourself a LOT of mistakes and time-wasters, in the new year.
In terms of the 'hard costs', we understand things can get tight. That is why we are offering an Early Bird ticket price at a huge discount.
Also, flights in and out of San Francisco, San Jose and Oakland California are very reasonable. If you are within the United States, check Southwest Airlines in particular. You can also use apps like "Hopper" where you can set up a Watch List for your flight. They will notify you when the ticket price is at its lowest.
We are also offering a Concierge Roommate Matching Service if you would like to not only have an Event Buddy but split the cost of lodging with someone. You can either stay at the event venue (TBD) or use AirBnb or VRBO.
All in all, the entire cost of the trip with your ticket, should be very reasonable and check with your Accountant... ALL of it (including your meals and transportation while you are there) should be tax deductible as a legitimate business expense.
We have a very generous refund policy in the event circumstances change that prevent you from flying or prevent us from having the live event. We are moving forward with great optimism and will certainly accommodate should something happen that is outside your (or our) control. It's looking great though!

Your ticket price includes; the entire 3-day event, coffee and tea service plus snacks every day, and an evening reception with hearty, healthy appetizers and wine on Thursday night. It's gonna be fun!

Great question! We are asking that you do your absolute best to attend all three days in their entirety. Each day and each hour is designed to build on the next. It would be easy for you to feel lost if you miss any part of it. It can also be disruptive to the group to have a lot of coming and going. Thank YOU, for helping us create a sacred space of focus and transformation.

This is your own travel day* unless you want to arrive even earlier to explore the gorgeous area! Be sure to get plenty of rest so you are ready to begin sharp as a tack, first thing Thursday morning!
*We also recommend you make Sunday your travel day home (instead of Saturday) to allow you the space to integrate all you learned, have fun with your new business friends, and explore this gorgeous area!
